If an item that arrives damaged/defective, does not suit you, please write to us at asrrarstudiolash.contact@gmail.com with photo proof in support of the item(s) in question and return the product to us (return costs are at buyer's responsibility)

After verification by our customer service, we will refund your order. Depending on the reason, you do not need to return the product to us, you can keep it.
